Don’t know what course/program you want to launch yet? Need help optimizing your offer? No worries. We’re covering everything “offers” before we even get started. In 5 “pre” modules, we’ll be diving into your product suite and customer journey to make sure you’re designing an offer(whether it be a digital course, group program, mastermind, or other online offer) that your audience drools over + a bonus on upsells/downsells as well.
Module 1, part 1:
Mindset of a Launch Queen
We’ll start by tackling what is probably the most important part of launching, MINDSET. You’ll understand when and how people buy, and how to make sure you don’t spiral when things feel like they’re going wrong + *bonus* “What I’d do if…” section with me in your back pocket for all different possible scenarios.
Module 1, part 2:
The 10 Strategic Launch Phases
You’ll learn my 10-step launching method, start planning/projecting your income goals, and get prepared with all of the materials and software you’ll need over the next few weeks.
Module 2, part 1:
Lead Magnets/Launch Events: Launching with a Waitlist, Masterclass, or Challenge (which one is right for you?)
This training will determine which pre-launch approach you take before you open the cart. Waitlist? Masterclass? Challenge? Other freebie? There’s many different options, but it depends on your particular offer, audience, marketing style, and “launching archetype.”
Module 2, part 2:
The Launch Cycle + Mapping out your Aligned Launch Plan
Get out your calendars! Time to start planning. But if you think your launch starts the minute you announce your offer, think again. We’ll focus on creating a step-by-step launch plan from beginning to end that works for you!
Module 3, part 1:
The Hype Philosophy/Warming up your Audience
This phase of the launch process is my favorite and it’s what will have your audience drooling and begging for your offer...before you even announce it. There’s an entire “warm up” system you’ll learn that uses psychology to build offer/solution awareness! This is why I say the SIZE of your audience doesn’t matter–the WARMTH does.
Module 3, part 2:
The Pre-sale method
Learn how to utilize pre-launch mini offers, former clients, and past programs to presell your offers and welcome students way before the doors open! Imagine walking into day 1 of your launch with 10+ students already inside? Phew! Hello relaxed and stress free launch!
Module 4, part 1:
Strategic Content that Converts during each Phase of the Launch
This is where buyer psych comes into play. You’ll learn how to strategically use your content to position yourself as the expert, start educating your audience on why they need your offer, and sell without being salesy. This will take them on a journey to seeing YOU as the solution to their problem and making an *empowered* buying decision.
Module 4, part 2:
Sales Tactics and Strategies for each Platform
What types of things should you be posting each day? How can you stay relevant and visible? What are the best ways to sell via Facebook, Instagram, email, and Stories? I’ll be answering all of these questions and more and providing you with content/email ideas for the entire launch.
Module 4, part 3:
Injecting more fun and playfulness into your launch
“How to make your launch feel like a mf party” …‘nuff said! This is how you’ll learn to LOVE launching, plus your audience will be EXCITED to actually engage with you during your entire launch (aka no more crickets or low engagement on your sales posts).
Module 5, part 1:
Adjusting your marketing/avoiding the mid-launch slump
Good marketers are also good listeners. In this training, I’ll show you how to “troubleshoot” your launch and adequately adjust your marketing if it feels like things aren’t working. We’ll look at your viewership/engagement, messaging, content style, and more to turn the launch back around.
Module 5, part 2:
Final Efforts, FOMO, and Urgency
Is it possible to get last minute sales? Why yes, yes it is! This module will cover how to create last minute urgency and stay consistent. We’ll also be going over the biggest mistakes people make during their launch(so that there’s NO chance you make them during yours).
Module 6:
Post-Launch debrief and direction
This final module will be a bonus from me on what to do POST launch. “How do I plan future launches? How do all of my launches fit together? How do I stack income and create more recurring revenue? How do I replicate the success of this launch? What do I sell between launches?” All of your questions will be answered.
